I lead organizations through complex change, shaping strategy and turning it into execution.

I work at the intersection of leadership, teams, and operations — defining direction, aligning people, and designing the ways of working that help organizations evolve and move forward with clarity.

Hi! I’m Julie Jacobson

I lead Program Sales Strategy within IBM’s Global Ecosystem organization, where I focus on activating programs and priorities that help teams operate more effectively, improve productivity, and drive growth.

I began college thinking I wanted to be a teacher, drawn to helping people learn and grow. At the same time, I was equally interested in design and business — how things work, how they’re built, and how they can work better. I ultimately studied Human-Computer Interaction with a minor in Business, a combination that shaped how I approach problems today.

I focus on people and systems. I break down complex ideas, design clear and reusable patterns, and create structure that helps individuals work with greater clarity, efficiency, and satisfaction.

What I do

I create and bring to life the structures that turn ambiguity into progress and ideas into outcomes.
